We offer a 30 day guarantee and will exchange the plant at no cost. Repotting your plant will negate your guarantee. Read our full exchange policy here.
This is very normal for your plant to start acclimating to its new home. Pull the bad leaves off and make sure your plant is watered according to our care instructions.

We deliver Monday-Friday 8:30am-3pm. Deliveries will be scheduled after you place your order.
Delivery starts at $15 and up depending upon your zip code. Delivery prices can be checked in the cart. Or you can call us for a quote.
There is a $10 charge for each set of stairs. If you wish, we are happy to leave the plants with you on the ground floor for no extra charge.
We are happy to provide pickup for local orders. Just indicate in the checkout that you would like to pickup and we will notify you when your order is ready!
We love to deliver gifts. We will be happy to provide a card and beautiful bow for $15 with your delivery.
