Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for an exchange, your plant must have been delivered to your home no more than 30 days ago. We cannot exchange plants that have been repotted.
To start an exchange please send a photo or video of your dead plant to email@example.com with a brief description of your watering schedule, sunlight situation, and your order number. We will evaluate the plant and let you know if you are eligible for an exchange or if the plant is still alive.
- Yellow or drooping leaves are a symptom of your plant acclimating to its new environment. Your plant is most likely still alive. If you are eligible for an exchange, we will schedule another delivery to pick up your dead plant and replace it with a new one.
We do not offer refunds, only exchanges for dead plants.
